The 2026 Olympic biathlon venue (Antholz) is about 130 km away and easily accessible by public transport. The 2026 Olympic cross-country skiing venue (Fleim Valley - Val di Fiemme) is about 80 km away and also easy to reach by public transport. The house is built in traditional solid wood construction and instantly puts you in a holiday mood. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, and in the (honeymoon) room upstairs, you’ll find a private WC with a washbasin. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cold winter days, letting you enjoy the fire while snow falls outside. All furniture is made of solid wood, with beds crafted from Swiss pine and equipped with high-quality mattresses. The open-plan kitchen is also solid wood and fully stocked with quality dishes. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are provided. To reduce electromagnetic pollution, the electrical system is fitted with mains disconnectors, and all wiring is shielded. The 1-hectare property features meadows and woods, a barbecue area, campfire, firewood, a private path to a nearby stream, children’s toys, an herb garden, sun loungers, and birdsong. The "Nussbaum" house is furnished to a high standard and offers a living room with panoramic windows, two balconies, and a covered terrace with mountain views. From the kitchen-living area, you step directly onto the terrace and into the meadow. There are two separate double bedrooms, and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed and a quality TV.
